Although we stand by the quality of our hair, we do not take liability for the hair after it has been used. With proper care, the predicted life span of our raw hair is 2+ years. Please take some time to read our care guide, which will help you prolong the lifespan.

INSTALLING YOUR HAIR EXTENSIONS
We strongly recommend that a professional hair stylist install our hair. Don't hesitate to contact us if you need advice. 

It is essential that the weft is cut to a minimum. If damage occurs, bind off by sewing with a needle and thread and seal the weft. If the weft is cut excessively while being installed, the hair will ultimately loosen and fall out, so taking some time to seal the wefts is always a good idea.

When installing your hair, we advise 1-2 bundles to add volume to your real hair and 2-3 packs for a complete look of a full weave with minimal leave-out. When installing over four packs, we advise hair stylists to avoid crowding weave tracks, as this can lead to hair tangling and excessive shedding.

GENERAL SHAMPOO / CONDITIONING
No matter what hair texture you have, always comb conditioner through your hair with a wide-tooth comb. It will detangle and smooth your hair before styling. Use shampoos and conditioners that are sulfate-free. Tréssemme Naturals is an affordable option. 

Again, never skip conditioning. Your hair needs the moisture of conditioner
to keep it strong and healthy. Curly hair? Use a lightweight leave-in spray after washing. Conditioning is the best way to give your hair the nourishment it needs to stay strong. Rinse, Rinse, Rinse! Any conditioner left on your hair will weigh it down and won't allow you to get the optimal style. We advise minimal product use to keep your hair in its most natural state. It's key to ensure your extensions are taken care of in the same manner as your natural hair. No heavy oils.

WAVY HAIR
Scrunch lightly with a towel when wet and allow hair to dry naturally. To enhance your waves, use bendy rollers/ curling wands and high-end products.

STRAIGHT HAIR
While shampooing/conditioning, run your hands up and down to
keep your extensions bone straight. Using a blow dryer may speed up the drying process and give a bone straight effect, but air drying is always better. Please note: your dryer must be on a reasonable heat level.

COLOURING AND BLEACHING
Always use products specifically designed for color-treated hair. Only color-protected products have the technology to help you keep your perfect color vibrant and fresh. After you color your hair, use conditioner instead of shampoo to give extra moisture without stripping the color. Be especially gentle with color-treated hair, as coloring weakens hair and makes it more prone to breakage. Colored hair needs extra moisture to keep it soft and smooth.
