SHIPPING
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items, usually five working days. Please note that we only process orders on weekdays, and the cut-off time for next-day processing is 2 p.m..
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at hello@luxhairious.com as soon as possible. If your items have already been shipped, we will charge you for the shipping and deduct a 200 SEK late cancellation fee.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up. Please note that the 14-day return policy only applies to customers within the EU.
