THE BASICS
First of all, it's essential that you read our care guide for your new extensions
How much hair do I need for a full head?
We recommend two (18"-22" inches), up to three (22"-24" inches) for a full sew-in. Louisha's signature style is always two bundles: 20"+22". Two is usually enough for a natural look, but it's all to your preference!
How long will my extensions look good?
The lifespan of LUXHAIRIOUS extensions is determined by how well they are taken care of. Usually, our hair extensions last for years, but this depends on how often they are worn and how well they are taken care of. Bleaching, coloring, applying continuous heat, salt water, excessive washing, and a careless lifestyle reduce the lifespan.
How often should I wash my raw hair?
Take care of your extensions as you would your hair. Use a mild sulfate-free shampoo, and always condition the hair. Deep condition every third wash. Minimize the use of heavy oils.
Why can raw hair have some split ends or gray hairs?

Why don't you have a physical store?
We are online retailers who ship worldwide. Opening up physical stores would mean higher prices due to increased costs. We have chosen to keep it simple by not using expensive marketing, packaging, and web design so that you can look great without having your pockets emptied.
The hair I want is out of stock. When will it be available?
I am confused about the different hair qualities...
There are different types of raw hair. Ours is natural, single-drawn raw Cambodian hair. Many customers prefer single-drawn because of its tapered traits.

WHEN PEOPLE BUY RAW HAIR FOR THE FIRST TIME, THEY ARE SOMETIMES THROWN OFF BY ITS APPEARANCE
Natural raw hair means that it is unprocessed, so it requires a little work to get it to your liking, but once you have it done, you won't ever return to anything else. Here are some dos & don'ts for taking care of your new hair:
DO reinforce the cut edges of your hair wefts with a small amount of hair or fabric glue to prevent shedding from the edges of the track. A "how-to" video is found here.
DO use a wide-tooth comb to detangle hair after washing. When brushing, support the weft attachment with your hand to avoid pulling on your hair.
DON'T use heavy pomades, oils, or grease on your new hair. Hair is not used to heavy products, and the hair shaft will start to attract dust and pollen from the environment, and not behave as it should.
DO use moisturizing conditioners to ensure that the hair lasts long. Hair has been cut from the scalp's natural oils, and you are in a balancing act to not strip the hair of moisture but not add too much oil. Argan oil is our preferred choice.
DO use extreme caution when coloring the hair, although the hair at Luxhairious is virgin or carefully steamed, you'll need to gently lift the color or leave the coloring to a professional colorist.
